A healthy, delicious afternoon snack: Raspberry, Passionfruit and Yogurt Tri-Popsicle.
The simple pleasures of long, hot afternoons are made better with popsicles of any kind - especially when they’re healthy, sugar-free popsicles that make your tongue tingle with goodness.
- For the Raspberry: simply puree the raspberry (either by blending it or stewing it and then mashing it up) and add honey and milk (the ratio should be to taste, so depending on how sweet/thick you like your ice cream) and then quickly whip it or churn it into an ice cream consistency. Then, placing your popsicle holder on an angle in the freezer, pour the raspberry ice cream in so that it lies on an angle.
- Then, add fresh passionfruit, and then yogurt (I use a mix of low-fat yogurt and greek yogurt) and let it freeze overnight!
